Eu é mais bolos

 

Daqui se concluem muitas coisas:

1. Não percebo nada de nada de política.


2. Onde eu vi uma oportunidade de se juntarem forças para forçar uma renegociação do memorando, outros viram golpadas do Presidente e fraqueza de António José Seguro.


3. Depois de uma crise de implosão do governo, após uma decisão de Cavaco, que ressuscitou para uma decisão criativa e original, o Presidente acaba por dizer que, afinal, este governo serve muito bem, até ao fim da legislatura.


4. O PS é que teve a culpa de não se ter chegado a um acordo, segundo todos os comentadores que opinam.


5. António José Seguro não teve qualquer apoio nem confiança dentro do próprio partido – de todo o lado vieram recados e ameaças.


6. O CDS, que queria outro ministro das finanças, que queria menos austeridade, que queria investimento e crescimento, dá o dito por não dito e está de alma e coração com o PSD.


7. O melhor é dedicar-me à plantação de alfaces.


8. Continuaremos em marcha depressiva e regressiva, com este maravilhoso, competente, coeso e extraordinário governo de salvação nacional.


9. O Presidente ficou tão arrependido de se ter manifestado que voltou à contemplação da natureza, dedicando-se agora à ornitologia.

Da pausa antes do furacão ou Da continuidade dos pântanos

 

Muitas vezes tenho criticado António José Seguro. Pois desta vez cumprimento-o. Fez exactamente o que era exigível para com o país. Esteve à altura dos acontecimentos quando decidiu tentar o acordo e por se ter negado a assiná-lo.

 

As medidas vetadas pelos partidos da maioria são, por isso, um compromisso que assume perante os eleitores - serão algumas das medidas que defenderá quando e se chefiar o governo saído das próximas eleições.

 

Se fosse coerente e patriótico, o governo apresentava de imediato a sua demissão ao Presidente. Infelizmente não podemos contar com isso. Caberá a Cavaco Silva a decisão de dissolver a Assembleia da República já ou de aprovar o governo remodelado e proposto por Passos Coelho e Paulo Portas. Se o fizer, também Cavaco Silva perde o resto da credibilidade que lhe restava e que recuperou ligeiramente, no meu entender, como é óbvio, com a sua polémica decisão.
